Are you tired of grading yet another research paper?  Consider assigning a research infographic instead.  Keep the content but change the presentation method!  In this workshop you will see examples of the successful use of research infographics as an assessment and be provided with suggested resources for their creation and evaluation.  Examples will focus on organic chemistry but no science knowledge is required for their enjoyment! Then, you will learn how to build an infographic using an online tool and a Microsoft based program.  Come prepared with your laptop and a topic idea to start working on!

*Please bring a laptop and an idea for an infographic to this session for the hands-on component. There will be time allotted to become familiar with the software so please have some content specific ideas with you so that you can begin the creation process*
